All order are to be made through our website, pay pal, or our flagship store. All purchases through our website are to be made with a secure credit card, we take Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover card. Orders will be billed in full and all shipping cost is to be incurred by the customer unless otherwise stated.
An order for a complete bike, which is cancelled, after initial payment and before shipping is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Goods cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded once shipped (the reason is due to high cost of shipping of the bikes).
All order are to be made with a secure credit card. All billing info must match in order for the transaction to be accepted.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Bicycles can be picked up at the shop or can be shipped to you. Prices do not include freight. Freight charges vary by distance to be shipped. Freight costs fluctuate weekly, especially during times of fuel price volatility; unless we have quoted you a firm price, actual shipping charges by the time of shipment may change from our original estimates.
• Bikes are professionally packed and shipped in cardboard boxes via UPS for domestic USA or USPS for international orders.
• If a bicycle is picked up at the shop, it can be fully ready-to-ride with all options installed, tuned and tested by paying an installation fee, which can vary depending on the bicycle and its options.
• Customer is responsible for checking the content of the shipped goods upon reception. The buyer is responsible for filling shipping claims with carrier. Affinity Cycles will not accept responsibility for damage during shipping.
If the bikes are not in stock we take orders with a 30% non-refundable deposit.
Call for a quote. Shipping prices vary depending on the location. Customers are to pay all shipping fees including all importing, duties or any other fee, which you may have to pay in order to get your packages, which are purchased from Affinity Cycles. Do not ask us under any circumstances to put a lower value in order to save money in items shipped. This is Illegal for the customer and Affinity Cycles so PLEASE DO NOT ASK US!
Delivery time varies by model and season, and changes from week to week. We usually take 2-3 days to process orders, we try ad get orders out ASAP, and we hope to get them out same day. If an item is backordered you need to count at least 8 weeks for delivery.
SIZING OF PRODUCTS
The customer is responsible for all sizing decisions for Affinity Cycles frames; complete bikes or any other parts ordered form our store or business. We will take returns on items at our discretion as long as the original contents and packages are in their original condition. We reserve the right to DENY any claim due to the conditions stated on this website.
The customer is responsible for all assembly of products, Affinity frames, complete bikes, or any other product requiring assembly unless you pay for the service in our store. Professional mechanical abilities are needed for bike assembly, and in most cases you should bring your bike to a qualified bike shop to have your bike worked on. We are not responsible for damaged goods because you tried to assemble your purchases your self. We will not return damaged goods!
Affinity Cycles frames are warranted against breakage for one year from date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise stated within this website or for a particular frame model. This will be clearly stated!
• This warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, overloading, misuse, abuse, or anything else beyond Affinity Cycles direct control.
• This warranty applies only to the original owner and is nontransferable.
• Prior to servicing a warranty customer, you must request authorization for return, repair or replacement from Affinity Cycles or your regional distributor or dealer. The end-use customer is responsible for delivering or shipping the bicycle, frame or cycle parts to our shop facility for assessment and repair. If a derailleur, shifter, brake, brake lever, wheel or other standard bike part fails in use, repair or replace it at your local bike shop. If you have a problem with your bicycle, contact us. We will not pay for any repairs or changes made without our prior authorization, even those determined by the customer or the customer’s mechanic to result from manufacturing defect.
By purchasing a bicycle from Affinity Cycles LLC, you are agreeing to take full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of those who ride this bicycle. This responsibility requires that you tune up your bicycle as needed and inspect the seat, tires, frame and other components each time the bicycle is ridden. It is your responsibility to recognize the limits of your machine and ride within those limits, especially when carrying cargo or doing stupid things on you bike! Affinity Cycles LLC is not responsible for any accidents, even those attributable to bicycle design or mechanical failure of the bicycle. Do not purchase a bicycle from us unless you accept full responsibility for yourself and anyone else who rides it.
